Mark and I have had so much fun with The Choice For Beauty Substack, which we started as part of our move to Nova Scotia in a bold intention to change the way we live at this stage in our lives, amplifying community, friends, home and garden, gratitude and the present moment. Our twice-weekly Substack pieces are a great discipline - shades of my journalism career - but also a reminder to pay attention to what surrounds us.
